Camel Safari

Ride into the dunes the way this desert has always been crossed

Our camel safaris range from a two-hour sunset ride close to town to a two-night trek into the quieter dunes beyond Sam and Khuri, away from the day-trip crowds.

Every rider on our team has grown up working camels in this desert — they know which routes hold up in the wind and where the dunes actually look the way they do in the photos.

  • Half-day sunset ride (2–3 hours)
  • Overnight safari with camp dinner
  • Two-night deep-desert trek
  • Private or small-group rides available

Desert Camp

A night in the dunes, with dinner and folk music

Our camp sits away from the main tourist strip, with tents pitched fresh for each set of guests. Expect a bonfire at dusk, live Rajasthani folk music and dance, and a home-style thali dinner cooked on-site.

Mornings open with tea served as the sun comes up over the dunes, before the drive back into Jaisalmer.

  • Swiss tents with proper bedding
  • Bonfire, folk music and dance performance
  • Home-style vegetarian & non-vegetarian thali
  • Pickup and drop from your Jaisalmer hotel

Jeep Safari

Cover more ground when time is short

A jeep safari suits guests who want the dune experience without a full day set aside for it, or who want a rougher, faster route than a camel ride allows.

Our drivers know the border-area villages and the dune stretches that hold up best for photos, and can combine the drive with a sunset stop or a short walk into the sand.

  • 2–3 hour sunset dune run
  • Combined with village and border-area visits
  • Experienced local drivers
  • Good option for older travellers or short stopovers
